Our Process

Step 1

Thank You

Thank you for your interest in working with Classic Coach Works! We’re excited that you’ve chosen us to renovate your coach. To initiate the renovation process please give us a call to speak with one of our Renovation Specialists. After speaking with your specialist you will discuss a date and time to come in for your consultation.

Step 2

Consultation

Bring your wish list and ideas along with your RV to our facility to meet with our team. Once you are here you'll be shown around our facilities and ongoing projects to get a better idea of what we do. During this visit you will be able to visit our showroom and view samples of what we offer. To get a better perspective of what your completed renovation will look like, we will take samples out into your RV. Once all interior decorating options have been chosen we will move on to the estimate.

Step 3

Estimate

Once all measurements, notes, and decisions have been made your specialist will type up a formal estimate to go over with you.

Step 4

Approval

At this time you will review your estimate with your specialist and make any desired changes. Once your final estimate is approved you will sign and make your initial 50% deposit. Also, at this time you will discuss the time and date you will drop your RV off for the work to be completed.

Step 5

Drop Off

The big day has arrived, you are bringing your RV to us! Remove any belongings you don't feel comfortable leaving, however, we do ask that you remove any medications, firearms, and jewelry. We also highly recommend that your tanks are empty. *There is no guarantee that your RV will be plugged in throughout the duration of its time here. Please empty the refrigerator and freezer to prevent loss of food.*

Step 6

The Renovation

During the renovation process itself we will keep in contact with you to keep you updated on the process. We will take photos of your RV before and after the Renovation. We take care of your RV by making sure we product protect inside and out throughout the process. We have several team members that will contact you throughout the process, you don't just have one individual with us you have a team!

Step 7

Pick Up Day

The day that you come in to pick up your RV we will go over with you all the work that was completed in your RV. We will provide you a folder with all of your warranties and user manuals. We take the time to answer any questions you might have on any work completed, that includes any training on any new electronics etc.
